Just to give you some positive feedback on our experience of using your service and U-Save.
We had no problems at all – the driver met us at Sanford within 5 minutes of us calling him on the courtesay phone – we were taken to U-Save’s office and given the car (Dodge Grand Caravan) – no attempt was made to sell us extras. On the return we were again transferred quickly back to the airport.

Collecting your rental vehicle

Ok, let’s start at the end! Many people who use our online car hire services are not sure which documents you need to bring with you when you collect your rental vehicle.

Here is the list:

• Voucher (either pre-paid or pay on arrival)
• Original driving licence in the name of the lead driver
• Credit card in the name of the lead driver
• Passport if you are collecting your vehicle outside of your home country
• If you are a UK citizen and collecting your vehicle in the UK you will need two forms of identification
